Jet Assist and AML Global partner to expand Military Fuel Support Capabilities at Belfast International Airport, Northern Ireland, UK (EGAA/BFS)
Jet Assist in partnership with AML Global, is thrilled to announce the commissioning of a bespoke AL48 mixer unit at Jet Assist’s Fixed Base Operation (FBO) facility at Belfast International Airport, Northern Ireland (EGAA/BFS).
This collaboration, offering F-34 / JP-8 aviation fuel significantly enhances Jet Assist’s capability, supported by AML Global’s expertise, to serve U.K., U.S., and NATO military aircraft and tanker deployments as well as other strategic operations throughout the region.
This latest joint investment further strengthens Jet Assist’s and AML Global’s shared commitment to providing world-class, 24/7 FBO and military support services at Belfast International Airport—ensuring readiness, reliability, and operational excellence for all military and government partners.

In addition, Jet Assist recent acquisition of Woodgate Aviation in Belfast International Airport along with its maintenance, hangar and our exclusive apron space further enhances Jet Assist and AML Global offering to military customers visiting Belfast. The new hangar and aircraft support services, including FBO, in-house deluxe hotels located downtown Belfast, and a full range of ground service equipment to cater for aircraft up to C-17 and C-5, Jet Assist has expanded its operational capabilities. The company has also recently invested in fuelling capacity of 176,000 litres (46,500 USG), offering flow rates of up to 2,000 litres per minute with dual-hose capability.
